HealthGirl is an inclusive, total wellness community in the palm of your hand. Our in-person studio is located at Maple Ridge Place, 12820 County Road 43, across from North Dundas High School. We offer different types of yoga, fitness, meditation, and natural wellness classes, workshops, coaching, training, and retreats to help everyone, everywhere, achieve balance and vitality in their lives. Classes are in-person and online and can be accessed either live or recorded.
