RIDE FOR DAD MARKETPLACE

On June 1, The 2019 Telus Motorcycle Ride for Dad will visit North Dundas once again. Joel Steele Arena will welcome over 1200 bikes, their riders and passengers for the closing ceremonies.

Vendors and service providers are invited to set up to offer products, goods and services for sale on the GRASS AREAS ONLY around the Joel Steele Community Centre. There is no fee. *** PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE LEARNED TODAY, MAY 31, THAT FOOD VENDORS ARE PROHIBITED FROM SELLING AT THIS MARKETPLACE, AS IT WOULD VIOLATE THE TERMS OF PERMISSION GRANTED BY RIDE FOR DAD ORGANIZERS. AGAIN, THE NORTH DUNDAS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ONLY LEARNED ABOUT THE NO-FOOD STIPULATION TODAY (MAY 31) AND WE REGRET THIS LAST MINUTE CHANGE TO THIS CALL FOR VENDORS.

Vendors are to provide all their needs, including tables, chairs, tent shelters, etc. Parking WILL NOT BE available ON SITE. Vendors will have access to set up from 9 am to 10:30 am. Event opens at 12 noon and concludes at 4 pm. All vendor vehicles must be removed from Joel Steele parking lot by 11 am. Vehicles may re-enter for tear down after 4 pm.

There will be little to no supervision or management of this Marketplace. Vendors are asked to be cordial, first come - first choice basis, respect each other, and obey guidelines.

Ride for Dad memorabilia, Harley Davidson branded items or other motorcycle related items are not permitted to be sold by this marketplace vendors. 

Vendors MUST register on the North Dundas Chamber of Commerce website. Businesses not registered will not be granted access. There is a list of non-motorcycle vehicles permitted on premises to set up. Register to be on the list. There is no fee.
